The Active Lockdown!
During lockdown, parents and caregivers need children to be entertained, educated and kept busy. I’m hoping I have the answer with the Action Amanda App! Stream all my music on any device online and offline and watch my structured videos, copying the moves, whilst learning at the same time.
If you follow these active sessions via the app, your family will have more energy, bond with each other, enjoy lots of fun activities to music and also sleep better!
The cost of the app is £2 per month or £20 for the year.
We do not want to live like Elsa from Frozen in a kingdom of isolation. We need to have fun together as a family and become active in participation! You can download the app here.
